Future Events - 2008

We hold regular meetings on the third Thursday of each month except during August. Meetings take place at the Friends Meeting House, Linden Rd (opposite Woodbrooke Road) Bournville, Birmingham and start at 7.30 pm.

Regular Group Meeting
Thursday September 17th
Friends Meeting House ,Linden Rd., Bournville 7.30pm.
Our next meeting will a feedback on our weekend of action for Burma plus planning for future action re Burma. We will discuss working for for Aung San Suu Kyi to be awarded the Freedom of The City of Birmingham plus the possibility of campaigning for the ruling military junta to be indicted as criminals by international courts. In addition will take part in actions for West and Central Africa.

October Meeting ; Thursday 15th at Friends Meeting House ,Bournville 7.30pm.
Talk by Shari Brown from Restore on asylum issues,Shai is both a most informative and an inspirational speaker .

November Meeting : Tuesday 24th November ,Friends Meeting House,Bournville 7.30 pm.
Talk by A.I trainer Gethin Davies on The new A.I Dignity Campaign NB CHANGE OF DAY TO TUESDAY

Saturday 12 December:
Fund raising Christmas Concert at St Phillips, Colmore Row.

Saturday 16 January 2010: Greeting Card Signing at St Martins Church in the Bull Ring.
